3. Audits and recordings

Please read this carefully. When you request a free audit — including a conversion rate (CRO) audit, an AI visibility audit, or any other store review — we typically prepare it as a recorded video walkthrough of your website.

By requesting an audit, you agree that we may record it and that we may publish and reuse that recording — for example on our YouTube channel and social media, on our own website and marketing materials, and by sharing it with current and prospective clients for promotional and educational purposes. The recording may include screenshots and screen recordings of your website, branding, and publicly visible store content.

Your full rights and obligations regarding audit recordings are set out in Section 4 of our Terms of Service. If you do not want your audit recorded or reused in this way, please do not request an audit.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and improve our site.
