Privacy Policy

Convertica Studio ("Convertica", "we", "us") is a Shopify design and conversion studio. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect what a request needs in order to be answered.

• Audit requests — your name, email address, store URL, the concern you selected, and anything you write in the optional message field.
• Project enquiries — the same, plus your company name and, if you choose to share it, a budget range.
• Theme purchases — order details processed by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
• Site analytics — aggregate page views and referrers. Not tied to a named individual by us.

To record and deliver the audit you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, to fulfil a theme licence and send updates for it, and to keep our own records of work performed. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

A small number of providers handle data on our behalf, each under their own agreement: our website host, our email provider, our scheduling tool for discovery calls, our video hosting for recorded teardowns, and our payment provider for theme purchases. Each receives only what it needs for that one job.

We use functional cookies required for the site to work and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages get read. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

Audit requests and their recordings are kept for twenty-four months so we can re-send them if you lose the link. Project enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to a paid engagement or a theme licence are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to hello@converticastudio.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Some of our providers operate outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We keep access to personal data limited to the people who need it and use reputable providers for storage and transmission.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised policy.
